The salon-quality haircare brand we all know and love; Motions, were the official hair sponsors of Africa Fashion Week London.  The show took place during 7 - 9 August 2014 at the Olympia and showcased the dynamic fashion emerging from Africa and throughout the diaspora.  Motions created various looks like ‘Eccentric Afros’ on Day 1; models wore short sculpted curly high tops shaped in intricate designs and silhouettes.  ‘Edgy Ponytails’ were the order of Day 2; dual textured hair was quiffed, cornrowed at the crown and shaped into sleek ponytails at the nape. A Motions hairstylist creating the 'Edgy Ponytails' look.

Motions’ partnership with Africa Fashion Week London marks another thrilling chapter in what has been an exciting year for the brand.  A new logo and packaging, plus the launch of the Natural Textures range for naturally curly textures; we look forward to more from Motions.

The Natural Textures range from Motions.

You can purchase Motions at all good Afro hair supply stores.
