Fashion illustration at its most creative by Grace Ciao
Meet Grace Ciao, a Singapore-based business student and freelance fashion illustrator whose latest illustration collection is inspired by mother nature herself. The collection above is blooming, mesmerising and catwalk worthy with its colours being excitingly vivid and seductive.
Ciao's inspiration and idea for the use of flowers stemmed from her want to preserve a rose given to her by a boy that was dying. She tells BuzzFeed that “I remembered how beautiful it used to be and wanted to ‘preserve’ this beauty. So I made fashion illustrations out of them”
Her act of wanting to preserve the beauty of the rose is intrinsically reflective of mother's nature spirited nurturing and preservation attributes.
