The WITJ Natural Hair & Beauty Show 2014


The WITJ Natural Hair & Beauty Show is a place for women of colour to be educated, be inspired and celebrated. 

Saturday 24th August 2013 marked the launch of The WITJ Natural Hair & Beauty Show -  an event we're proud to say we had the opportunity to be a part of, as exhibitors with our mini print issue.

The show is back this May - less then 9 months later and we are giving 2 individuals the opportunity to win 1 ticket each to the event, so that you too can be treated to 'the natural hair & brown beauty experience of the year'. So be sure to save the date: Bank Holiday Monday 5th May 2014, at The Grange Tower Bridge, in London E1. The show will welcome US- based special guest and, MahoganyCurls - a YouTube natural hair care and styling sensation which if you're a natural hair enthusiast, you are most likely to be already familiar with.


MahoganyCurls has played a huge part in the growth and popularity of natural hair with her influential videos portraying her natural hair journey and her stunning hair styles. Her popularity is evident with over 400,000 global followers across her social media platforms. Her attendance is in line with our aim of delivering an interactive event that brings the web and social media to life.

About The WITJ Natural Hair & Beauty Show

Cultivated for the modern day woman of colour, by modern day women of colour - the purpose of this show is to serve the under-served UK natural hair and brown beauty market. The show offers outlets to experience new and cult favourite quality UK & European brands. Valuable tips and advice delivered through workshops and seminars led by leading role models in the Afro hair and brown beauty industry.

It offers the opportunity for women of colour to learn new ways to express themselves through their hair styling and makeup options by way of live on stage demonstrations lead by industry professionals.
